We see the school bus driver as a very important part of our service. We choose the right driver for the position and ensure they are given the best tools to perform their job to the highest standard possible.
First all potential drivers are interviewed by the owner of the company.
All drivers must pass both a Criminal Background Check as well as a Driver's License check. Drivers then must pass Van Driver Certification training.
But we do not stop there, to help ensure our expectations are maintained annual physicals, random drug testing, and monitoring of driving records are all in place.
